Stuffed chilies / chili poppers

"Stuffed chilies"

Ingredients:

  • Oil (for deep frying)
  • Green bullet chilies (10 to 12)
  • Salted boil chicken with ginger/garlic paste (1/4 kg)
  • Tomato ketchup (half bowl)
  • Mayonnaise (half bowl)
  • Besan (2 cups)
  • Garlic paste (1 tea spoon)
  • Salt (1 tea spoon)
  • Red chili powder (1 tea spoon)
  • Bread crumb (2 cups)
  • Water (as required)

Method:

  1. First take a bowl of Besan  and add your Garlic paste, salt & red chili powder mix well & add a water & make a smooth paste.
  2. Take your mayonnaise bowl & add the tomato ketchup in it  and mix it well.
  3.  Now it's time to filling your chilies so add some chicken in your chilies than add the mayo paste again chicken.
  4. Now dip your filled chillies in Besan matter than wrap with bread crumbs
  5. Our Stuffed chilies are ready for (deep fry) frying.
  6. Fry your Stuffed chilies till it's completely golden.
