"Stuffed chilies"
Ingredients:
- Oil (for deep frying)
- Green bullet chilies (10 to 12)
- Salted boil chicken with ginger/garlic paste (1/4 kg)
- Tomato ketchup (half bowl)
- Mayonnaise (half bowl)
- Besan (2 cups)
- Garlic paste (1 tea spoon)
- Salt (1 tea spoon)
- Red chili powder (1 tea spoon)
- Bread crumb (2 cups)
- Water (as required)
Method:
- First take a bowl of Besan and add your Garlic paste, salt & red chili powder mix well & add a water & make a smooth paste.
- Take your mayonnaise bowl & add the tomato ketchup in it and mix it well.
- Now it's time to filling your chilies so add some chicken in your chilies than add the mayo paste again chicken.
- Now dip your filled chillies in Besan matter than wrap with bread crumbs
- Our Stuffed chilies are ready for (deep fry) frying.
- Fry your Stuffed chilies till it's completely golden.
