Potatoes / Allo (4 medium size cut in four pieces)
Onions Golden frying (2 medium size cut in slices)
Yogurt (1/4 kg)
Ginger / garlic paste (1 and half table spoon)
Salt (1 tea spoon)
Red chili powder (1 full tea spoon)
Turmeric powder (half to half tea spoon)
Coriander powder (1 and half tea spoon)
Black Cardamom (1 or 2)
Green cardamom (7 to 8)
Black pepper (10 to 12)
Clove / long (4 to 5)
Ginger cut in julienne shape (2 inch piece)
Green chilies (8 to 10)
Fresh coriander (half to half bunch)
Method:
Oil already added in your pan so just add the ginger / garlic paste and all spices (salt, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, Black Cardamom, Green cardamom, Black pepper, Clove / long) with a tiny amount of water.
Mixed it well till the oil comes on surface. Now add your Mutton & stir it on medium flame till the all access water dried.
Now add 2 glass of water and covered your cooker for 7 to 8 minutes, after that add your potatoes and again covered your cooker for 3 to 4 minutes
After that add the blended (onions & yogurt) mixture and mixed it well till till the oil comes on surface
Now add the ginger slices , greend chilies and fresh coriander with a 3/4 cup of water.
simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
Allo gosht is now ready to dish out or for serve.
Serve Allo gosht with boil rice or Naan / Chapatti (according to your taste)
