Allo ki Karri

Ingredients for:

Allo ki Karri
  • Oil (half cup)
  • Yogurt plain (1/4 kg)
  • Potatoes boiled (3 to 4 medium size)
  • Onion finely chopped (one medium size)
  • Green Bullet chilies (2 finely chopped)
  • Salt (1 tea spoon leveled)
  • Cumin seeds / Zeera (1 tea spoon)
  • Red crushed chilies (1 tea spoon)
  • Water (half to half cup)
  • Curry leaves / Karri patta (2 complete sticks)

Method for Allo ki Karri:

  1. First simply whisk your yogurt for a while.
  2. Now add your salt, chopped onions, chopped green bullet chilies, water and potatoes
  3. Take oil in your frying pan on medium flame and add the Curry leaves / Karri patta stir it till the Aromas you feel than add Cumin seeds / Zeera  and red crushed chilies
  4. Turn your flame off and add this bhagar in your yogurt matter
  5. Your Allo ki Karri is ready for serve, enjoy it with Chappati / Naan or Boil Rice (according to your taste)
