Ingredients for:
Allo ki Karri
- Oil (half cup)
- Yogurt plain (1/4 kg)
- Potatoes boiled (3 to 4 medium size)
- Onion finely chopped (one medium size)
- Green Bullet chilies (2 finely chopped)
- Salt (1 tea spoon leveled)
- Cumin seeds / Zeera (1 tea spoon)
- Red crushed chilies (1 tea spoon)
- Water (half to half cup)
- Curry leaves / Karri patta (2 complete sticks)
Method for Allo ki Karri:
- First simply whisk your yogurt for a while.
- Now add your salt, chopped onions, chopped green bullet chilies, water and potatoes
- Take oil in your frying pan on medium flame and add the Curry leaves / Karri patta stir it till the Aromas you feel than add Cumin seeds / Zeera and red crushed chilies
- Turn your flame off and add this bhagar in your yogurt matter
- Your Allo ki Karri is ready for serve, enjoy it with Chappati / Naan or Boil Rice (according to your taste)
