Andon ka qorma

Ingredients:

Andon ka qorma
  • Oil (half cup)
  • Milk (2 liter)
  • Boil Egg (5 to 6)
  • Onion finely sliced (1 medium size)
  • Ginger / Garlic paste (1 table spoon)
  • Salt (one full tea spoon)
  • Red chili powder (one full tea spoon)
  • Turmeric (half to half tea spoon)
  • Coriander / dhania powder form (one full tea spoon)
  • Cumin seeds / Zeera (one full tea spoon)
  • Black cumin seeds / kala zeera (half tea spoon)
  • Black pepper (10 to 12)
  • Clove / longain (4 to 5)
  • Black cardamom (1 to 2)
  • Cardamon (6 to 8)
  • Cinnamon / Darcheni (one medium size pc)

Method:

  1. First take oil in your pan on medium flame and add onions, stir it well till the onions comes to start golden.
  2. Now add ginger / garlic paste,salt , red chili powder,turmeric,coriander / dhania powder with all Garam masala and a tiny amount of water.
  3. Mixed it well till the oil comes on surface .
  4. Now add the whole milk in it, on medium to high flame
  5. Turn your flame low after first boil let them cook till the half milk dried
  6. After that that add your boil eggs. Make sure you put some cuts on your boil eggs before adding in a gravy.
  7. When your all milk dried and oil comes on surface add half cup of water to adjust the gravy.
  8. Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
  9. Your Andon ka qorma is ready to dish out rather for serve.
  10. Serve your Andon ka qorma with chappati or Naan (according to your taste)
