Dumbuk Kabaab recipe at Aroma's in kitchen (Where you find all kind of Aroma's)
Ingredients for Dumbuk Kabaab :
For chicken Marination
- Oil (for frying)
- Chicken mince (1/2 kg)
- Seekh Kabaab masala Ready made (3 full table spoon)
- Green chilies (4 to 5)
- Garlic cloves (2 to 3)
- Ginger slices (4 to 5)
- Fresh coriander (3 to 4 complete stick)
For Gravy
- Oil (Half Mug)
- Simple blended onions (2 giant size)
- Simple blended tomatoes (4 to 5)
- Ginger / Garlic paste (1 full table spoon )
- Salt ( 1 tea spoon)
- Red chili powder (1 tea spoon)
- Turmeric (half to half tea spoon)
- Cinnamon / Darcheni (2 pieces)
For Garnishing
- Onion cut in rings (1full giant size)
- Green chilies (8 to 10)
- Fresh coriander / Hara dhania (Leaves of half to half bunch)
Method:
- First take mince in your chopper add green bullet chilies, ginger slices, garlic cloves & Fresh coriander
- Make all thing finely chopped together
- Take out your matter in a bowl & simmer with a coal & finely covered your bowl with the help of foil papper for One and a half hour
- After that make a small seekh kabaab & let them fry for 8 to 10 minutes
- Now take half mug of oil in your other pan an add the blended onions & cinnamonfry on low flame till the access water dried
- Add your tomatoes now and mixed it well till the oil comes on surface
- Now add a half cup of water stir it well than add your seekh kabaabs
- Mixed all Kabbab in gravy now add the rings of onions, green chilies and Fresh coriander now dont mix yet and set the foil cup in a center of your pan add couple of oil drops
- Simmer for more 8 to 10 minutes
- Dumbuk Kabaab is ready to dish out, serve it with boil rice or nan / chapati (According to your taste)
