Chicken veg Steak




Chicken Veg Steak - Aroma's In Kitchen


Ingredients :

  • One full chicken (cut in 12 pieces)
  • Tikka masala in ready made spices (3 table spoon full)
  • Salt (a pinch of)
  • Ginger/ Garlic paste (1 table spoon full)
  • Onion finely chopped (1 giant size)
  • Yogurt (1/4 kg or a full bowl)
  • Spring onion slantly cutted  (2 to 3 )
  • Lemon sliced (1 standard size)
  • Green bullet chilies slantly cutted (1 standard size)
  • Tomato finely chopped (1 standard size)
  • Capsicum finely chopped  (1 giant size)
  • Oil (2 to 3 table spoon)

Marination of chicken veg steak:

Method:

  1. First take a bowl and add yogurt in it (simply whisking)
  2. Now add Tikka masala, pinch of salt and a ginger/ garlic paste mixed it well.
  3. Make a cuts in to your all chicken pieces than add in a mixture of yogurt.
  4. Covered your bowl properly with the help of foil paper or plastic wrap.
  5. Put your bowl in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours for best marination.
  6. After 2 to 3 hours take your bowl out from the refrigerator remove the foil and stir it well for a while.
  7. Here now you add all your vegetables like chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, capsicums spring onions and green bullet chilies now mixed it well.
  8. Now covered your bowl again properly and leave it in your refrigerator for more half an hour.
  9. Here it's ready to Assemble in your baking tray.

Assembling of Chicken veg steak:

  • First covered your baking tray with foil paper than spread the oil on foil portion with the help of your pores or brush. Now assembling your chicken pieces on the baking tray.after that covered the chicken with the rest of marination gravy
  • Now put your baking tray in preheated oven for 50 minutes to 1 hour or unless it completely cooked
  • Ready to serve  with different kind of sauces or salad (acording to your taste)
