Smoky bar.b.q spaghetti

Ingredients: 

Smoky bar.b.q spaghetti
  • Spaghetti (full pack finely salted boil)
  • Chicken boneless (1/4 kg cut in small cubes)
  • Oil (One dish spoon)
  • Ginger / Garlic paste (1 table spoon)
  • Tikka masala (2 table spoon)
  • Red hot sauce (2 table spoon)
  • Soya sauce (2 table spoon)
  • Vinegar (2 table spoon)
  • Spring onion (3 to 4 Slantly cutted)
  • Capsicum (2 medium in size Slantly cutted)
  • Carrots (2 to 3 Medium in size finely Julian grated)

Method:

  1. First Add oil in your Pan on medium flame.
  2. Now add chicken and stir it well for a minute and add ginger / garlic paste again stir for a while till the oil comes on surface.
  3. Now add your tikka masala with a tiny amount of water.
  4. When your oil comes on surface add your vegetables (spring onion, capsicum & carrots) and mixed it well
  5. After mixing add your sauces (red hot sauce, soya sauce & vinegar) and leave for 2 to 3 minutes till the all access water dried
  6. Add your boil spaghetti & mixed it well
  7. Set the foil cup in a center of your pan with hot coal add couple of oil drops on your coal, instantly covered your pan .
  8. Simmer for 5 to 7  minutes.
  9. Now Smoky bar.b.q spaghetti is ready to dish out either to serve.
